Budget Management
Assist customers in determining appropriate budgets
Make suggestions for budget allocation into subcategories
Manage and pay vendors in the bride and groom's name before, during and after the event.
Wedding Coordinator
Contact and manage all suppliers to control their working time and delivery quality as stated in the signed contract.
Participate in resolving any guest issues/questions/concerns

Table Names, Name Tags, Vows, Decorative Flowers.
Search and recommend suppliers according to customer's style and budget.
Communicate your expectations with your partner
Consulting on form, content, documents, printing quality as well as other issues
Supervise, coordinate and follow up with suppliers
Provide feedback on all design modifications.
02. WELCOME GIFTS - $200
(Often used for destination weddings)
Gifts are prepared in advance and delivered to the living room before the wedding day
Propose ideas for welcome gift sets and coordinate with suppliers
Perform manual work to complete gift wrapping
Suggested content on thank you cards.
Coordinate with venue to make arrangements
Welcome gift for each room/guest
03. DOOR GIFTS - $100
Small gifts for wedding guests at the beginning or end of the event
Propose and search for ideas and suppliers

04. WEDDING WEBSITE DESIGN - $150
Create and edit basic information
Research, design and complete the website for public launch.
01. PAYMENT TERMSPhase 1: Deposit 70% of contract value & 100% of travel expenses after signing the contract. Phase 2: 30% of the remaining amount 3 days after the wedding. |
02. PAYMENT
TO PARTNERS
You will be the one to sign the contract and deliver the goods directly to the supplier without needing to forward them through Fancy.
Fancy commits to transferring all incentives and discounts from the supplier to you (if any).
03. DELAY OR
CANCELLATION
In case of epidemic, force majeure, the wedding is affected and postponed, Fancy will postpone until the customer's new wedding date according to the contract. In case of cancellation, a service fee will be applied on the contractual amount.
04. TRAVEL
ALLOWANCES
The above quote does not include travel and accommodation costs for wedding teams outside Hanoi city.
